At THEREESHA / الرِّيشَة, each abaya is custom-made according to the client’s measurements, style, and special instructions.
Because every piece is individually tailored, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there’s any fitting issue or minor adjustment needed, we offer an alteration service — additional charges may apply depending on the changes requested.
Niqab & Khimar
For hygiene and safety reasons, niqab and khimar cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
Sheila (Hijab)
We accept exchanges for Sheilas only, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Please note: delivery charges will be deducted from the exchange amount.
Alterations
If your custom abaya requires adjustments, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@theresha.com.
Our team will review your request and guide you through the alteration process.
Cash On delivery policy :-
The abaya is custom stitched after receiving your order.
We do not sell ready-made pieces.
✔ Cash on Delivery orders are accepted.
✔ After placing your order, our team will contact you via call or WhatsApp to reconfirm size details.
✔ A partial or full advance payment is required to begin stitching.
✔ A secure payment link will be sent after size confirmation.
