We operate this online store and website (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience that includes our handmade abayas, niqabs, hijabs, khimars, and accessories.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to securely host and process transactions.

Each The Resha / الرِّيشَة product is handmade using premium-quality fabric by professional tailors in the UAE.
While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, actual colors or textures may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Placing an order means you are offering to purchase a product. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is confirmed only once payment has been processed and you receive an Order Confirmation Email.

If an item is unavailable or requires adjustment, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
Custom-made and personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.

All returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy [insert link].

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping fees, or customs duties (for international orders) are not included unless specified.

By submitting your payment, you confirm that:

You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

The full amount due will be paid, including shipping and applicable fees.

Please note we are wholesale abaya factory we dont sell readymade abaya. We make abaya once we receive your order. Our staff will whatsapp for size confirmation after confirmation will send payment link , you can pay all amount or deposit 50% amount first , 50% amount at the time of delivery. Thankyou so much

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We deliver across the UAE and selected international destinations.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or public holidays.
Once an order is handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
